I specialize in supporting LGBTQ+ adults and adolescents (14+). I do also work with adult and teens who do not identify as LGBTQ+ but resonate with my approach.

My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, poly affirming, & kink/BDSM affirming.

I help folks through the following experiences:

inner criticism, anxiety, shame, sexual issues, gender exploration, coming out, identity exploration, relationship struggles, religious trauma, internalized homophobia, and the trauma of having grown up in an anti-queer world.

For therapy, I offer a reduced fee of $95.00 for our first 50- minute appointment together. This is an effort to support you in exploring if we feel like the right match before further financial investment. Ongoing psychotherapy has an investment of $225.00 per 50-minute appointment.

For consultation with other care providers, I offer 30-minute appointments at $135.00 and 50-minute appointments at $225.00.

I do not take insurance. If you have any out-of-network benefits/reimbursement I can provide a monthly statement called a superbill that you can then submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy, in which clients must cancel within 24 hours of our scheduled appointment to avoid financial responsibility for the appointment. I do, however, offer complimentary make-up appointments for late-cancels if able to be scheduled within the same business week.

Frequency can vary based on each person’s needs and situation. Ultimately, you get to decide how often you’d like to meet. Typically, I recommend starting with a weekly or every-other week cadence.

I provide therapy in person in San Francisco, and online/virtually via secure video or phone - whichever works best for you.

The length of treatment depends on each person’s unique situation, hopes, and needs. I work with some folks long-term and ongoing, and other folks for a more short-term, targeted time period. We can discuss what might work for you.
